My designs are actually the creation of the practitioner client because I listen to the Doctor's needs. I feel anything is possible in office design. Offices must be designed after we decide how they function best for the Doctor, not before. Of course aesthetics are important but without proper traffic flow and function, aesthetics mean nothing but a cosmetic band-aid solution. It's a process of imagination and exploration where possibilities are considered and evaluated. Before any decisions are made, options are presented, pros and cost discussed and refinements made.
