Dr. Ohuchi & Loeffelmann New office construction in Edmonton, Alberta. 1890 square feet of new 5th floor office space in a professional building in downtown Edmonton. Separation between the clinical area of the office and the reception / patient area. This is a Pediodontist specialist office with four operatories, two open and two closed. The private op's are dual accessible with two solid custom maple and glass doors to each side of the twelve o'clock support cabinets for ease of access for the doctor and the assistant. The remaining open concept operatories allowed for maximum usage of space for two more op's using an open concept island and twelve o'clock, doctors and assistant side support cabinet type of design. Nice "L" shaped central sterilization centre with a pan ceph x-ray and film processing directly across from it. There is also a huge lab area and custom built in bulk sundry storage area along with integrated model storage. Walk through to the staff lounge and lunch prep area with private washroom and staff lockers. Along with a separate computer hub and assistants work station there are two private office and consultation areas, a private one for the doctor and additional one for support staff to utilize. The real feature of this office is the custom bullet shaped salt water aquarium with custom bench seating it helps separate the reception waiting area from the additional children's play station area.
